Hello everybody! It’s @TheMagnumDA and tonight is Night One of the WrestleMania 39 Pick’em report!! Tonight, myself, Colin and Heel Turn Tom will square off in a Triple Threat to decide who will be the WOPC Champion. We’ll do an aggregate of two nights – the highest score at the end of Sunday night will be the Champion! Will Colin survive and leave WrestleMania as WOPC Champion? Let’s find out!

WWE United States Championship
Austin Theory (c) vs. John Cena
Magnum: I am surprised that this is going to open the show, but I tell ya…I guess this means WrestleMania 39 is going to open with a stunning upset. Give me Theory to stun the world and defeat John Cena.
Heel Turn Tom: Austin Theory will be the winner.
Colin: Wow, hmm… I’m going to go for a Cena win. Why? Because I think someone new will debut on Monday and he’ll beat him for the title then. That’s my guess. Theory will eventually get revenge, maybe at SummerSlam. Don’t think this is a one-and-done between Cena and Theory.
Seth “Freakin” Rollins vs. Logan Paul
Magnum: I think this will be one hell of an athletic showcase…but in the end, Rollins is going to take the W.
Heel Turn Tom: I feel like they will let the outsider get a Wrestlemania moment. Logan Paul for a victory with some kind of shenanigans.
Colin: Seth is so over and deserves to win tonight. It would be a grave mistake if Paul wins here. It’s going to be a great match regardless and LA will be ready to sing along.
Trish Stratus, Lita, and Becky Lynch vs. Damage CTRL (Bayley, Dakota Kai, and Iyo Sky)
Magnum: I am inclined to believe that if Trish turns on anyone, it will come after the match. As for the match itself? Give me Becky and the HOFers.
Heel Turn Tom: This has to be Trish, Lita, and Becky.
Colin: This can go both ways: The faces win clean and then someone turns heel, or someone turns heel during the match and then turns afterward. I’m gonna go with the first one (Becky, Lita, and Trish win) and Trish turns on Becky. SummerSlam one-on-one. Book it!
Men’s WrestleMania Showcase – Fatal 4 Way Tag Team Match
Braun Strowman and Ricochet vs. The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford) vs. Alpha Academy (Chad Gable and Otis) vs. The Viking Raiders (Erik and Ivar w/Valhalla)
Showcase Bonus Question: Who gets the winning fall in this match?
Magnum: I have a feeling that we’re all going to be in agreement here – I’ll take Braun and Ricochet, with Ricochet getting the fall.
Heel Turn Tom: I predict Strowman and Ricochet to win. This time Strowman’s partner is not a random kid. Ricochet with the winning fall.
Colin: This is one match the card could have done without. It’s really only there to get all those people on the show. Not really invested in it. If I had to pick, Strowman and Ricochet (Ricochet with the winning fall).
Rey Mysterio vs. Dominik Mysterio
Magnum: This has quickly become one of the matches I look forward to the most at Night One. I loved Rey’s speech last night – he deserves to be in the HOF. As for tonight, this would likely be the biggest win of Dom’s life…so let’s go with Dom to win.
Heel Turn Tom: I feel like Rey needs to get the win.
Colin: Wouldn’t it be great if Dom comes out with Eddie’s lowrider? Imagine the heat! This should be good and just like Cena vs Theory, this won’t be one match. I really think Rey’s mission right now is to put over his son big time and I think Dom will get the W.
WWE Smackdown Women’s Championship
Charlotte Flair (c) vs. Rhea Ripley
Magnum: This is going to be a fantastic match, and likely even better than the match at WrestleMania 36. Rhea’s time has finally come. This is going to be the biggest win of her career. Rhea wins the title in a tremendous back-and-forth affair.
Heel Turn Tom: I feel like Mami is going to get the win. Rhea is the new champ.
Colin: Rhea already jobbed to Charlotte a few years ago, losing her NXT title. I think it’s time that the roles are reversed. Charlotte doesn’t really need the title, let’s be honest. It will do wonders for Ripley though. Not sure how it will work though since Ripley is on Raw and the title is for Smackdown. Maybe she’ll pull double duty. #AndNew
Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship
The Usos (Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso) (c) vs. Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn
Magnum: Well, we knew it’d come to this. I am very much looking forward to this. Sami deserves a giant WrestleMania win – I’ll take Sami and KO to win the titles.
Heel Turn Tom: If Owens and Zayn doesn’t win, then we riot.
Colin: This will be amazing. This is the night The Usos lose their titles. And the fans will love it. I’m just waiting to see who turns on who first though, will it be Kevin or Sami? You know it’s going to happen…again! Sami and KO win – New champions!
