Hello everybody! It’s @TheMagnumDA here for the first Pick’em report of 2024, and we’re starting things off with my favorite show of the entire year – the ROYAL RUMBLE! The brainchild of Pat Patterson over 35 years ago, this is one of the more unpredictable shows of the year. So, of course, the Pick’em crew is here to predict the entire show, complete with bonus questions!!! Who will walk out with the WOPC Championship? Let’s find out together!

United States Championship Match
Logan Paul (c) vs. Kevin Owens
Tricky Don: Logan Paul. Although never in the UFC, he would be a great spokesperson for TKO.
The Renegade: I will also take Logan Paul to retain.
Colin: This is Paul’s first title defense and I can’t see him losing it just now. He will go into WrestleMania as the champion and then hopefully someone else takes the title off of him. Should be a great match though and Owens is a perfect opponent for Paul. Paul will no doubt show up and once again show the world why he deserves to be there. Logan retains.
Magnum: I have no idea when Logan Paul is going to get his comeuppance, but unfortunately…it won’t be tonight. I’ve enjoyed this feud, but it looks like Logan will be taking the title into WrestleMania. Logan Paul retains.

Colin: This is one of the few Rumbles where there could literally be different potential winners. Will Cody do back-to-back? I don’t think so. I’m going to go with CM Punk on this one. I don’t think he came back just for a pop in Chicago.

Magnum: What an awesome set-up to this Rumble. We could literally go in multiple directions here…but I’m inclined to believe that the winner will come from Raw. I’ll take CM Punk to break hearts and give Cody’s story a slight detour.

Roman Reigns (c) (with Paul Heyman) vs. Randy Orton vs. AJ Styles vs. LA Knight
Tricky Don: This is still Roman Reigns’ yard. Reigns retains.
The Renegade: Roman and Rock could have a showdown after this match. Roman retains.
Colin: I would be shocked and super surprised if Roman loses here. No way. I hope they save such a big occasion for WrestleMania. I think the biggest question here is who is going to eat the pinfall? My money would be on AJ Styles. Orton is still protected since his return and LA Knight is still white hot. I think AJ can afford the pin while still looking strong. So Roman retains, 100%.
Magnum: The big question for me is not who will win, but what will happen during/after this match. I am also taking Roman to retain the title, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see the Rumble end with a face-to-face confrontation between Roman and The Rock.
