Kurt Angle forced to bow out of planned MMA commentary job

Kurt Angle’s part time job of doing MMA commentary for NBC Sports has been scrapped and he will not be joining the World Series Of Fighting as previously announced.

Angle revealed the news himself earlier today on Twitter, saying that due to conflict of interest he would not be commentating on November 3.

The only conflict of interest that somehow can be attributed to this story is that Spike’s parent company, Viacom, will be broadcasting the MMA league Bellator and WSOF will be airing on a rival NBC property.
