Vince McMahon’s attorney issues statement on John Laurinaitis’ flip

In a statement issued to PostWrestling following John Laurinaitis’ decision to side with Janel Grant, Vince McMahon’s attorney Jessica Rosenberg said that this does not “alter the facts of this case” in any way as McMahon never mistreated Grant.

“No matter how many press releases her team issues, the truth remains unchanged. As Mr. Laurinaitis’s lawyer previously said: ‘Mr. Laurinaitis corroborates Mr. McMahon in publicly declaring that Ms. Grant’s allegations of sexual abuse and coercion in her Complaint are completely unfounded,'” Rosenberg’s statement continued.

Grant dropped all her claims against Laurinaitis with prejudice in exchange of evidence against McMahon and WWE.

Laurinaitis originally said that he was a victim just like Janel Grant but three months later changed his tune and aligned with Vince McMahon.
