Sytch bailed out of jail after $227,000 surety bond posted

Tammy Sytch was bailed out of jail after someone posted a $227,500 surety bond for her.

A surety is an individuals who guarantees the defendant will attend their court hearing after being granted bail and the deposit would be forfeited if the defendant does not show up in court.

Sytch had $200,000 bond for the first charge for causing death due to DUI, $10,000 bond for driving without a license and causing death, and seven other charges related with DUI damages to persons and/or property set at $2,500 each.

The Volusia County Division of Corrections public records show that Sytch was bailed out at 13:27 today.
