Rob Van Dam and his wife Katie Forbes welcomed their twin daughters yesterday.

“Karma and Saba have officially left the womb,” Van Dam wrote in a post on X.

The name Saba was a tribute to his friend and former colleague, the late Sabu.

The two little girls were delivered prematurely because of complications in the pregnancy and were born at 34 weeks.
