Road Dogg removed from WWE World, joins Billy Gunn at WrestleCon

Road Dogg Brian James has been pulled from his WWE World appearance next month, with fans who had already purchased a ticket to meet him scheduled to receive a refund.

The WWE Hall of Famer departed WWE earlier this month, leaving his position of head writer for Smackdown. James was not fired from the company but sources said that he saw the writing on the wall after his work was not getting high praises.

James will now team up with his former tag team partner and AEW’s Billy Gunn to appear at WrestleCon during WrestleMania weekend as The New Age Outlaws. Both will be there all four days during the fan convention.

WrestleCon takes place between April 16 and 19 at the Horseshoe Hotel Las Vegas
