TMZ is reporting that Nikki Garcia and Artem Chigvintsev have now settled their divorce terms via mediation but no settlement terms were disclosed.

As part of the settlement, both have also agreed to drop their restraining order against each other and will be sharing custody of their son.

Things got ugly between the two a couple of months ago after the former Dancing with the Stars pro was arrested for domestic violence but the Napa County DA did not ultimately press charges because they only do so if they can support cases with evidence.

The duo met on the ABC reality show and got married in August 2022.
