TMZ.COM is reporting that Nick Hogan, the son of the late Hulk Hogan, is suing Bubba “The Love Sponge” for copyright infringement in the upcoming documentary release about Hulk Hogan.
Bubba was set the release the “Video Killed The Radio Star: The Untold Story of the Hulk Hogan Sex Tape Scandal” later this month but Nick, who is representing Hulk’s estate, filed the lawsuit in a federal court in Florida to halt the release.
The documentary was set to explain how the infamous sex tape between Hogan and Bubba’s wife Heather Clem got leaked to the media.
In the lawsuit, Nick states that the documentary includes unauthorized images of Hogan from the sex tape and the trailer also included clips from the tape.
Nick also claims that the documentary release would violate a settlement agreement between the two which was signed in 2012.
