Linda McMahon to be nominated for Secretary of Education by Donald Trump

Linda McMahon has got the nod to be the Secretary of Education according to CNN after she was passed on to be Secretary of Commerce by President-elect Donald Trump.

Trump nominated McMahon’s transition co-chair Howard Lutnick, the CEO of Cantor Fitzgerald, to lead the Commerce department.

McMahon’s reward comes after years of hard work for the Trump campaign and millions of dollars in donations. She was the Administrator of the Small Business Administration during his first term as president and in 2019 she took over the chair of America First Action, a Trump super PAC which raised millions of dollars for his campaign.

The former WWE CEO and President donated over $7 million to Trump’s latest campaign.
