Lawler out of ICU, to be discharged today

Jerry “The King” Lawler continued to improve following his second stroke in five years and was moved out of ICU and will be discharged from the hospital during the day today.

Lawler will return to his Florida home for outpatient rehab for his limited speech and cognitive skills.

His Twitter account, which has provided updates throughout the past few days, wrote that doctors are hopeful for a full recovery and Jerry is looking forward to returning to his fans very soon.

Lawler had a visit from his longtime friend Jimmy Hart a few days ago and shared several photos of the two together in hospital.
