Janel Grant filed a 40-page memorandum yesterday arguing against Vince McMahon’s and WWE’s request to move the case from court to arbitration.
The April 1 filing with the United States District Court in the District of Connecticut outlines 137 different points, each detailing meetings with Vince McMahon, John Laurinaitis, and others.
“I am the plaintiff in this action and make this declaration in support of Plaintiff’s Brief in Opposition to Defendants’ Motions to Compel Arbitration. Unless otherwise stated, I have personal knowledge of the matters set forth herein and can and will testify thereto if I am called
upon to do so,” Grant writes in the motion.
She first details her introduction to Vince McMahon through a friend who lived in the same apartment building and then lists her story.
