Hulk Hogan’s widow Sky rejects Ric Flair’s claim about husband’s death

Hulk Hogan’s widow Sky has denied Ric Flair’s claims that street drugs killed the iconic wrestler, telling TMZ that it “didn’t happen at all.”

In an interview last week, Flair said that according to information given to him by Hogan’s family, the use of street drugs after doctors stopped prescribing Hulk pain medication were the reason for his death. Flair admitted that he shouldn’t have said it in the first place, but doubled down on that statement later on X.

Sky said that Flair had either been given misinformation or misunderstood something, adding that Hogan was under constant care of the Morton Plant Hospital.

TMZ also spoke with two Hogan family sources who also denied Flair’s statement.

Responding to Sky, Flair wrote on X, “Okay Sky! I Got Bad Information According To You. I Should Have Never Mentioned It. I Have Known Hogan Since 1979. Let’s Just Move Past This And Concentrate On His Legacy. Period, End Of Story. Let’s PRESERVE HIS LEGACY Rather Than Dwell On Any Negative Energy. I Repeat- Hulkamania Forever!”
