Gawker.com released a one minute video from the Hulk Hogan sex tape after it obtained the tape from an anonymous source, who according to TMZ, gave the footage to the site for free.

The full sex tape is 30 minutes long and Gawker calls it a “goddamn masterpiece.” Apparently, Hogan and the mystery woman were initially joined by another man, believed to be Bubba “The Love Sponge” and his voice is heard but he never makes it on camera.

“You guys do your thing,” the anonymous man says. “I’ll be in the office if you need me.”

The site has a full rundown of the steamy sex that happens afterward.

TMZ.COM meanwhile is now reporting that Hogan’s lawyers are writing up a cease-and-desist letter for the website to take down the clip and if Gawker doesn’t take it down, he’s going to run wild all over them.

According to the Hulkster, Gawker has no right to post the footage, or anything related to it.
