Former WWE star Kacy Catanzaro returning to American Ninja Warrior

Former WWE Superstar Kacy Catanzaro, who wrestled as Katana Chance, is returning to America Ninja Warrior in an episode airing tonight on NBC and Peacock starting at 8PM ET.

The 35-year-old was the first-ever female to complete the American Ninja Warrior qualifying course back in 2014. She was also the first female to complete the warped wall and the first female to complete a city finals course, keeping that record for five long years.

She spent three years doing America Ninja Warrior courses and joined WWE immediately after she retired from it in 2017.

Catanzaro had a seven-year career with the company, starting in NXT and then eventually moving up to the main roster. She is a former one-time NXT Women’s Tag Team champion and one-time WWE Women’s Tag Team champion, both reigns with Kayden Carter. She was released in May of this year.
