ESPN Women’s website takes a look at Trish Stratus

The ESPN Women website has a cool article about WWE Hall of Famer and soon-to-be mom Trish Stratus, tackling her transition from a professional wrestler to owning a yoga business.

Trish revealed how she got into yoga after she was diagnosed with a disk damage in 2004 and couldn’t sit more than 30 minutes without pain.

“People thought I retired to start a family,” Stratus said, when talking about retiring from WWE in 2006. “But I was just ready to leave the business. Athletically, I achieved everything I wanted to, and I’d worked with everyone I wanted to. I was really fulfilled. It felt right.”

She has been a business owner since 2008, opening up her first yoga studio called Stratusphere Yoga in Vaughan, Ontario.
