Cleveland.com is reporting that Donald Nemeth, the brother of WWE Superstar Dolph Ziggler, is being charged with aggravated murder and a warrant for his arrest was issued on Tuesday.

Police say that 29 year old Nemeth tried to rob a man, a Marine veteran, before shooting him on January 23 at University Hotel and Suites in Cleveland.

Public records show the same address for Donald and Nick Nemeth, who portrays the character of Dolph Ziggler, in years past, and the same address was used for the warrant of his arrest.
