DiBiase and sons ordered to repay around $5 million in misspent welfare funds

WWE Hall of Famer Ted DiBiase and his two sons have been ordered to return around $5 million in illegally spent welfare funds by Mississippi State Auditor Shad White.

In a report which appeared on the Mississippi Free Press, the Million Dollar Man was ordered to return the $722,299 that his Christian ministry, Heart of David Ministries, received over the years.

His son and former WWE Superstar Ted DiBiase Jr owes a whopping $3.9 million in misspent funds and Brett DiBiase owes a further $225,950.

Last year, Brett DiBiase accepted a plea agreement and pleaded guilty to making false statements in front of a Hinds County judge. In exchange for becoming a witness in the case, prosecutors withdrew a conspiracy charge against him.

Several other individuals, including NFL star Brett Favre, owe hundreds of thousands of dollars in welfare funds that should have gone to needy families instead.
