CM Punk answers questions from drunk fans at UFC Q&A event

Facing a crowd largely under the influence of alcohol, CM Punk took part in his first Q&A with UFC fans this afternoon at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada, prior to the UFC 182 weigh-ins.

Punk – who came out to his usual Cult of Personality theme song – answered questions from fans for around 45 minutes, questions which ranged from good ones to some silly challenges.

When asked if there’s anyone in the WWE who would make a successful transition to MMA, Punk mentioned Daniel Bryan and later also Samoa Joe who could probably hold their own inside an MMA cage. Addressing his health, injuries, and concussions, Punk said he’s perfectly healthy and doesn’t think his past injuries would be an obstacle for him.

During the Q&A, “Cowboy” Donald Cerrone came out and gave Punk a signed cowboy hat from everyone in the back and Punk added his own signature and then gave it to a kid who was with his father.

At the end of the Q&A, Punk ended up sitting on the stage messing with a fan who was clearly drunk off his ass and being challenged for a rock, paper, scissors game.

Despite the weirdos, the former WWE champion handled all the questions like a total pro.
