John Cena’s Bumblebee movie is ending towards $300 million in worldwide box office receipts after its initial release on December 21.

The movie had a $12,775,000 weekend in the United States, placing it fifth on the box office chart. It is currently playing in 3,597 theaters, 47 more than when it came out last month.

In the United States, Bumblebee did $97,128,140 so far and an additional $192,000,000 in international revenue for a total of $289,128,140. International box office receipts amount to 66% of all revenue so far according to BoxOfficeMojo.com. The movie has a 93% rating on RottenTomatoes.com and with good reviews, it looks like it will have a long run in theaters.

Cena will be off to Vancouver later this month to film another movie just days after wrapping up his quick, three-week return to WWE.
