Brooke Hogan writes beautiful poem about her father

Hulk Hogan is not the only one effected in this latest story. His daughter Brooke, who was originally the subject of all this, gave her own take on the story.

“You want my comment, media sharks? Here it is,” Brooke tweeted, along with a link that goes to her Facebook page.

The link goes to a photo post, a collage of photos of Hulk with his fans and a photo of the two together when she was young. Accompanying the photo is a poem, titled If You Knew My Father, written by Brooke.

“If you knew the dad I knew, you’d know his tender heart. He’d never want to hurt his fans, or family from the start. If you knew my father, you would know how hard he fought… and the way it brought a smile to people light, medium and dark,” the poem starts.

It goes on explaining how her father is not perfect but he raised her well and if anyone walked in his shoes you’d find out that he’s always under the microscope.

It’s a wonderful poem which also says that her father is hurting and it makes her sad to see him so defeated and tired. You can read it at http://on.fb.me/1VFlFu3.
