Adam “Edge” Copeland undergoes successful neck surgery

Former WWE and World Heavyweight champion Adam “Edge” Copeland underwent successful neck surgery this week which was performed by Dr. Joseph Maroon in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

This is his second neck surgery following his first one in 2003 which was performed by Dr. Lloyd Youngblood.

The man formerly known as the Rated-R Superstar had to retire from WWE the night after WrestleMania XXVII after doctors forced him to hang up his boots following further tests and MRI on his neck revealed he had cervical spinal stenosis.
