Montez Ford is currently paired up in a team with Angelo Dawkins, but when listening to the commentators as they keep hinting at signs of them splitting up and going their separate ways. It seems to be a trend within the organisation to create pairs just to split them up later. This might make for exciting TV, and who knows, there might be some other strategy behind it, but one thing that might be clear is that when Ford does go solo, he stands a much better chance to climb the ladder to the top.
