Willow Nightingale to get AEW Women’s title shot at WrestleDream

Willow Nightingale earned herself an AEW Women’s title shot last night on Dynamite Title Tuesday after she won a four-way number one contenders match.

Nightingale was supposed to take on Britt Baker in a regular one-on-one machine but it was announced that Baker was ill and was not able to make it to the show.

Instead, a four-way match with Nightingale, Saraya, Nyla Rose and Jamie Hayter was booked, a match which the former TBS champion won after she pinned Saraya following a DVD through a table.

While celebrating on the ramp, AEW Women’s champion Mariah May showed up and repeatedly whipped her with the title.
