Taz to be inducted into the 2300 Arena Hardcore Hall of Fame this weeekend

AEW commentator Taz will be inducted into the 2300 Arena’s Hardcore Hall of Fame this Saturday night during the episode of Collision.

The announcement was made after Dynamite went off the air last night, with the locker room coming out along with Hook and Taz’s wife.

AEW President Tony Khan said that the last time he was inside the 2300 Arena, he was 13 years old and was wearing a Taz t-shirt, and it was only fitting to end the first night honoring Taz. He then dropped the news that Saturday, they would pay tribute by raising his banner inside the arena.

Taz, who was completely unaware of the news, said that it was nice that both his wife and son kayfabed him! He thanked the AEW fans and roster and said that while he gets paid to talk, he was actually speechless.

Taz was a mainstay at the 2300 Arena during the ECW glory days where several career highlights took place.

The Human Suplex Machine becomes the 26th inductee into the arena’s HOF.
