Sting makes surprise AEW debut on Winter is Coming Dynamite

WWE Hall of Famer and former WCW champion Sting made his AEW debut last night on the Winter is Coming themed episode of Dynamite. This was the first time since 2001 that Sting appeared on a wrestling show on TNT.

Sting came out to save Cody and Dustin Rhodes, Arn Anderson, and Darby Allin from a beatdown by Team Taz following a tag team match. When Team Taz was going to town on the faces, the arena went dark and a video of freezing locations showed on the big screen. Sting came out and snow started to fall and it wasn’t long before the baseball bat joined too.

The Stinger then walked to the ring and looked at everyone before walking to the back with snow still falling.
