Report suggests AEW has enough footage shot for nearly two months worth of shows

Wade Keller of the Pro Wrestling Torch is reporting that All Elite Wrestling filmed enough footage over the course of the past week that with some creativity they can stretch the episodes of Dynamite and Dark up until the Double or Nothing pay-per-view in late May.

While the company did manage to film additional material at the Daily’s Place in Jacksonville before they were booted, AEW crew had to move to Georgia and went full speed ahead with filming several matches but had to stop after the lockdown enforcement in the state came down.

Keller added that the wrestlers who were part of the match tapings this week in Georgia will be the ones who will be appearing on TV over the next several weeks as no additional wrestlers were brought in. AEW is believed to be using footage shot by their talent to fill in the gaps as they cannot do like WWE and air old matches since their tape library is fairly new.

The Hager vs Moxley match which is set for the April 15 episode of Dynamite was apparently already filmed in Jacksonville so at least for that match AEW will “switch” locations during the pre-recorded Dynamite.
