MJF says inflammation in his knee has “drastically gone down”

In a video posted on his social media, AEW World champion MJF confirmed the hyperextended knee injury he suffered against Rush but said that the inflammation in his knee has drastically gone down since last week.

MJF was filming the video while in a cold bath by Nordic Wave.

“Obviously, there’s still a shit ton of inflammation and pain, but being honest with myself, without this cold plunge, I do believe it would have took me a lot longer to start feeling like myself,” MJF said, plugging the product.

He said that Nordic Wave is going to be a big part of ensuring he doesn’t have to take any time off, which he said is imperative for both his career and AEW ratings, ticket sales, pay-per-view buys, etc.
