Mercedes Mone wins 10th title belt, ties Ultimo Dragon’s record

Call her 10-belts Mone now!

Mercedes Mone won the BODYSLAM Wrestling Women’s title last night in Denmark after she defeated Alissa Ink, ending her 1140-day reign as champion.

This was her first time in Denmark, and a result that was largely expected as she now has reached the record of Ultimo Dragon who was in possession of 10 title belts at the same time a few decades ago.

Mone is on track to beat that record as she goes for #11 in a match against Jody Threat for the WPW Women’s title at the Rumble in the Burt show promoted by Winnipeg Pro Wrestling on Sunday, October 19.

The champ changed her name on social media to “Último Moné” and is now in possession of the TBS title, CMLL Women’s title, RevPro Women’s title, Queen of Southside title, Owen Hart Cup title, EWA Women’s title, Prime Time Women’s title, BestYa Wrestling Women’s title, Discovery Wrestling Women’s title, and Bodyslam Women’s title.
