Kurt Angle announced for Starrcast II during Double or Nothing weekend

WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle has been added to the star-studded Starrcast II event which will take place during the AEW Double or Nothing weekend in Las Vegas.

Angle is the latest name announced for the show and he joins the likes of The Undertaker, Ric Flair, Sting, Bret Hart, Kenny Omega, Chris Jericho, Lita, Jim Ross, Jerry Lawler, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, and dozens and dozens of other current and former wrestling stars.

The announcement was made today by AEW Executive Vice President Cody Rhodes in a post on Twitter. “It’s true. it’s damn true. Kurt Angle is coming to Starrcast II,” the tweet said.

Angle will be wrestling his last match for WWE at WrestleMania this Sunday against Baron Corbin.

Starrcast II takes place between May 23 and 26 at Caesars Palace and Tuscany Suites & Casino.
