Just days away, Dynamite: Grand Slam still struggling with ticket sales

Dynamite: Grand Slam set for this Wednesday night at Arthur Ashe Stadium in New York is struggling for tickets as AEW has only managed to move around 5,500 tickets so far according to @WrestleTix.

This would be the least-attended Grand Slam for AEW in the 21,000-seater stadium, which is currently set up for just under 7,000 seats.

The inaugural Grand Slam was in 2021 and attracted a whopping 20,177 fans. In 2022, the same show had 13,800 fans inside, and the 2023 episode had just over 11,000.

As of now, the attendance would represent almost a 50% drop from last year and around a 73% drop from the first episode.

More tickets are expected to move over the next few days but highly unlikely that they would go anywhere near last year’s 11,000 mark.
