Here are the results from last night’s Full Gear 2020 pay-per-view which took place from The Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida.

Serena Deeb defeated Allisyn Kay to retain the NWA Women’s title in The Buy-In show; Kenny Omega defeated Hangman Page to win the AEW World Title Eliminator tournament; Orange Cassidy defeated John Silver; Darby Allin defeated Cody Rhodes to win the TNT title; Hikaru Shida defeated Nyla Rose to retain the AEW Women’s title; The Young Bucks defeated FTR to win the AEW World Tag Team titles; Matt Hardy defeated Sammy Guevara in The Elite Deletion cinematic match; MJF defeated Chris Jericho to earn a spot in The Inner Circle; Jon Moxley defeated Eddie Kingston in an I Quit match to retain the AEW World title.
