FTR drop the AAA Tag Team titles after over 400 days as champions

FTR, the team of Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood, lost their AAA Tag Team titles last night at the Noche de Campeones event, dropping them to the team of Dralistico and Dragon Lee.

In an interesting turn of events, Lee then announced that he signed with WWE and the titles were declared vacant.

The loss brings to a close FTR’s title reign which lasted a total of 438 days. They originally won the titles from Lucas Bros on Dynamite in October 2021.

FTR also lost their ROH Tag Team titles a few weeks ago at the ROH pay-per-view to the Briscoe Brothers and now remain in possession of the IWGP Tag Team titles, titles which they will defend at the upcoming Wrestle Kingdom 17 pay-per-view against Hirooki Goto and Yoshi-Hashi.
