Florida prosecutors have dropped all criminal charges against FTR’s Cash Wheeler after they filed a legal notice a week before the trial was supposed to start.

Wheeler was originally arrested in August 2023 following a road rage incident on July 27 and faced one charge of aggravated assault with a firearm, which is a third degree felony in the state of Florida.

He had a pre-trial hearing set this week where he was ordered to appear but that of course was also canceled.

Wheeler had plead not guilty to all charges and is now free from any legal issues stemming from that incident.
