Five matches added to the WrestleDream 2023 card

The card for the AEW WrestleDream pay-per-view increased by five matches this weekend.

The October 1 pay-per-view will honor the late Antonio Inoki on his one year anniversary of his death.

The matches announced are Will Ospreay, Konosuke Takeshita, and Sammy Guevara versus Kenny Omega, Kota Ibushi, and Chris Jericho in a trios match, Christian Cage defends his newly-won TNT title against Darby Allin in a two-out-of-three falls match, Eddie Kingston defends both the ROH World and NJPW Strong Openweight titles against Katsuyori Shibata, Kris Statlander puts up her TBS title against Julia Hart, and a number one contenders match for the AEW Tag Team titles will see a four-way featuring Lucha Bros vs Hook and Orange Cassidy vs The Young Bucks vs The Gunns.
