A new year and a new set.

AEW took a page out of WWE’s most common fan complaint and decided to dump their original set with tunnels in return of a bland video screen entrance similar to that of Raw and Smackdown.

Now having just a single entrance for both their heels and babyfaces, the set is simply a curved videoboard at the top and a couple of more videoboards supporting the top structure.

While it’s easier to set up and handle, having a generic stage is a pet peeve of many wrestling fans and certainly isn’t a step forward in this case.
