Darby Allin sets wedding date for the eve of AEW’s Forbidden Door pay-per-view

AEW World champion Darby Allin revealed that he will be getting married on Saturday, June 27, just 24 hours prior to AEW’s Forbidden Door pay-per-view.

Allin was speaking on the Jim Kerr Rock & Roll Morning Show in New York while promoting tonight’s Double or Nothing pay-per-view when he dropped the news himself.

The champ joked that there would no honeymoon for him as he is expected to be in San Jose for the June 28 Forbidden Door show. His wedding is around 860 miles away north of San Jose in Seattle, Washington so it will be a flight down to Cali the following morning.

Allin will be involved in the main event of Double or Nothing tonight, defending the AEW World title against MJF in a title vs hair match.
