Collision Slam Dunk Saturday & Sunday announced for next week

AEW announced the Collision Slam Dunk weekend which will see two episodes of Collision split into one-hour broadcasts airing next Saturday and Sunday following the NCAA tournament on TNT.

The shows will tentatively start at 11PM ET and will be live coast-to-coast, also streaming on Max.

The first match for Slam Dunk Saturday was revealed and will have Daniel Garcia defending his AEW TNT title against Adam Cole with everyone banned from ringside.

Slam Dunk Sunday so far features Hologram and Komander teaming up against Dralistico and The Beast Mortos.

The idea for two, one-hour Collision shows was done to give AEW the benefit of two strong lead-ins from the March Madness programming on TNT. A one-hour show will also hold a better rating on average since the final hour always drags down the overall number following a big lead-in.
