Cody talks about getting legal ownership of his Rhodes last name

Despite regaining his Rhodes last name back, Cody said that he does not plan to use it in professional wrestling and will still go by the name of just Cody in AEW.

WWE this week gave up their trademark of Cody Rhodes, allowing Cody to trademark it. Cody also owns the rights of the name Dusty Rhodes.

Speaking during a conference call with the wrestling media ahead of the Full Gear pay-per-view, Cody said that he will probably use the Rhodes name for non-wrestling projects, such as acting.

Cody did not specify the agreement there was with WWE over gaining legal rights to the name but said that there are no hard feelings from either side and the details are not important.
