AEW delivered its annual Blood & Guts matches last night and both the men and women matches had exactly what AEW advertised!

The two steel cage matches were the only matches on the broadcast, with filler interviews and other footage in between.

In the women’s match, Willow Nightingale, Queen Aminata, The Brawling Birds, and Wrathlander defeated Divine Dominion, Triangle of Madness, and Persephone.

It was Julia Hart who took the loss for her team after Statlander wrapped barbed wire around her face and she tapped out.

In the men’s match, The Don Callis Family, consisting of Kazuchika Okada, Kyle Fletcher, Kevin Knight, Jake Doyle, Mark Davis, and Warldow, defeated Will Ospreay, Adam Copeland, Darby Allin, Steven Borden, and The Young Bucks in another crazy match.

Adam Copeland was the one who surrendered after Borden was lying flat ready to receive a con-chair-to, Fletcher held a screwdriver to Ospreay’s head, Matt Jackson was in a barbed wire chair bearhug, Nick Jackson was about to receive a piledriver, and Allin got a power bomb on the top of the cage.

Before any other damage could have been done, Copeland surrendered.
