AEW pays highly emotional tribute to Pac on Dynamite

There was no dry eye inside the Petersen Events Center yesterday as AEW paid a terrific tribute to one of their own yesterday, as the whole AEW family came together to honor Pac, who passed away on Sunday afternoon at the age of 40.

The show started with Tony Schiavone in the ring addressing the audience as a framed photo of Pac on an easel was in the middle of the ring. He then directed the audience to join in for a 10-bell salute, as the whole AEW locker room, everyone in Pac shirts, bowed their heads at the top of the stage.

There were tears flowing from some of the toughest wrestlers on the planet throughout the show, as AEW stars recounted their personal stories of Pac, with many in the ring also paying tribute by doing some of his moves in their matches.

Renee Paquette also read a statement from the Satterley family at ringside, thanking AEW, Tony Khans, and the fans.

The emotional broadcast ended with a fantastic five-minute video of Pac, showcasing some of his greatest moments throughout his wrestling career to the song I Know How To Speak by the Manchester Orchestra.
