AEW Grand Slam: Mexico announced for June with CMLL

AEW’s next Grand Slam event is heading down south as AEW will make its Mexico debut at Arena Mexico in Mexico City on Wednesday, June 18.

The show, promoted with CMLL, will see AEW take on one of wrestling’s most historic venues and it will be televised in Dynamite’s place.

The news was originally announced by FOX Sports MX.

Tickets for the event go on sale Saturday, April 26.

The last Grand Slam was held in Brisbane, Australia at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre this past February after it was moved from the original location of Suncorp Stadium. It aired in place of Collision.
