In a story published yesterday by the Calgary Sun to commemorate the 25th anniversary from the death of Owen Hart, it was revealed that the Owen Hart Cup will return this year on AEW television and the winners will be crowned in July.

The finals of the men’s and women’s tournaments will take place on the July 10 episode of Dynamite, live from Hart’s hometown of Calgary at the Scotiabank Saddledome.

Martha Hart will be on hand once again to present the winners with their prize.

AEW did the same with last year’s tournaments, crowning Willow Nightingale and Ricky Starks winners on an episode of Collision which also took place from the Saddledome in Calgary.
