Phoenix Suns forward and WWE make kid’s dream come true

Phoenix Suns forward Shavlik Randolph did something special for a local kid with the help of WWE and its current champion Daniel Bryan a few weeks ago.

Randolph won an auction item featuring a meet and greet with WWE champ Daniel Bryan and two title belts and then decided to donate the prize to a kid from a local hospital who is a “bigger fan” than he is and who is passionate about both the Suns and WWE.

14 year old Isaiah Acosta was chosen to take the prize. Isaiah has a condition where he was born without a lower jaw and can’t breathe or eat without a tube.

The Suns forward donated the two titles after a game this past March and now Isaiah got to meet Daniel Bryan and his wife Brie Bella just before he underwent neck surgery. The three of them went bowling together for two hours and were joined by Isaiah’s family.

“To see his mom tearing up over the gifts was more rewarding than any basketball game,” said Randolph. Daniel Bryan also spoke about the “coolest part” of his job. “To be able to give back to kids is extraordinary. That’s why I do what I do.”
