Konnan reportedly has his leg amputated after hospitalization in San Diego

Mexican media is reporting that Konnan, who works with AAA, was hospitalized in San Diego and had his leg amputated over the past few days and is in a risk of losing his other leg as well.

The news, originally broken by El Planchitas of Record Mexico, have not been confirmed by anyone close to the Mexican legend so far.

The 62-year-old popular star, who is now part of the AAA creative team, has been battling health issues for a while although it is still unclear what led to the amputation.

Throughout his storied career, Konnan worked for ECW, WCW, AAA, and even briefly for WWF as Max Moon.
