Kendal Grey and Je’Von Evans win Iron Survivor Challenge matches

This year’s Iron Survivor Challenge winners have come in the form of Kendal Grey and Je’Von Evans and they each booked a ticket for New Year’s Evil where the NXT championships are waiting for them.

Grey won the match after scoring three points, with the last decisive point coming after hitting the Shades of Grey on Lola Vice. The clock had just three seconds left after the pinfall count, ensuring no one else was able to match her. All the other competitors – Sol Ruca, Lola Vice, Kelani Jordan, and Jordynne Grace – got two points each.

The men’s match main evented the show and Je’Von Evans won with two points while the rest of his opponents – Joe Hendry, Leon Slater, Dion Lennox, and Myles Borne – all had one. Evans pinned Borne in the final sequence of the fast and furious match and just like Grey, he left the clock with just three seconds after his victory.

Grey will now face Jacy Jayne for the NXT Women’s title while Evans will face new champ Oba Femi for the NXT title.
