Cody Rhodes advertised to appear on tonight’s Smackdown

Cody Rhodes is advertised to appear on tonight’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown on USA Network.

Rhodes has not appeared on WWE television since WrestleMania 41 Sunday, where he lost the WWE championship to John Cena in the main event of the show.

It remains unclear which direction Rhodes will go now with no WWE title around his waist but with Money In The Bank around the corner, it was inevitable that the American Nightmare was returning.

Over 11,000 fans have already purchased tickets for Smackdown at the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina. Tickets are available starting from $53.85 including taxes and fees from Ticketmaster.com.

WWE champion John Cena is not scheduled to be on the broadcast.
