The Associated Press is reporting that the Senate is voting today to confirm – or block – Linda McMahon as Secretary of Education.

McMahon underwent a grilling on February 13 and she is one of the last appointees that need the confirmation. Her hearing was attended by WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque, his wife Stephanie McMahon, and her brother Shane McMahon along with his wife Marissa.

Trump has tasked McMahon with closing the Department of Education, effectively putting her out of a job. McMahon has vowed to make the Department more efficient and not to defund programs.

The vote is set to take place around 5:30PM ET.

If confirmed, it would be the second time that McMahon serves on President Trump’s cabinet. She was Administrator of the Small Business Administration during his first term.
