Shayna Baszler to compete in Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport X show during Mania week

In what is probably a first, WWE Superstar Shayna Baszler will be appearing at Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport X event on Thursday, April 4 during WrestleMania week. The show is promoted by Game Changer Wrestling.

Barnett hyped Baszler’s appearance with a message on X, writing, “What does it mean when a Queen takes up the sword and marches to war? Blood. Victory. Glory.”

Barnett listed Baszler’s credentials and added, “The Warmaster’s disciple, ‘The Queen of Spades’ Shayna Baszler, comes to Josh Barnett’s: Bloodsport X.”

Reacting to the news, Baszler wrote, “You people merely adopted Bloodsport. I was born in it, molded by it. From Billy Robinson the the gene seed of the Warmaster himself…..BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD!! #LimbByLimb.”

Letting wrestlers compete at other promotions is usually a big no-no for WWE but a new regime is in town and rules have seemed to be relaxed, at least in this case.
