Tiffany Stratton wins the NXT Women’s title at Battleground

The Tiffany Stratton NXT era has begun!

The 24-year-old from Minnesota defeated Lyra Valkyria yesterday in the tournament final at NXT Battleground to win her first-ever title, hitting her Prettiest Moonsault Ever finisher to capture the gold.

The tournament was announced after Indi Hartwell suffered an injury and was then drafted to Monday Night Raw, requiring her to surrender the title.

Stratton had to go through Gigi Dolin and then former champion Roxanne Perez to reach the final while Valkyria went through Kiana James and Cora Jade.
